Who We Are

Design, Décor & Catering — One Studio, One Vision

Memories is an event design studio based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Founded by Edlineb Rodriguez and Margarette Osorio, the studio brings concept, décor, and catering together under one roof — eliminating the fragmentation that comes with coordinating multiple vendors.

Over the past several years, the studio has designed and produced dozens of events across the Bay Area, from corporate gatherings in Palo Alto to private celebrations throughout the Peninsula and beyond. Each project is handled end-to-end: from the initial concept through design, production, and full-service catering.

The result is a seamless experience for clients — and a coherent vision that carries through every detail, from the first sketch to the last plate.

Every project at Memories is led directly by its founders. Edlineb and Margarette oversee each event from initial consultation through execution — ensuring that the studio's standard of craft and attention carries through every stage. No hand-offs, no layers of management. The people you meet are the people who design and deliver your event.

How We Work

One Studio, Not Ten Vendors

When concept, décor, and catering live under one roof, the result is a unified vision — not a patchwork of competing aesthetics. We coordinate every element internally, so nothing gets lost in translation between teams.

Designed, Not Decorated

Every event starts with a concept, not a catalog. We develop a design direction specific to each client and each occasion, then execute every detail to serve that vision. The difference is coherence — when everything is intentional, everything feels elevated.

Present From Start to Finish

Both founders are involved in every project, from the first consultation through day-of execution. We don't hand off your event to a junior coordinator or a subcontracted team. The standard stays consistent because the people stay consistent.
